When I was 14, my family immigrated to Ohio from Korea. Since we lived somewhat comfortable driving distance away from Niagara Falls, whenever family friends visited us, my parents took them to Niagara Falls. I never went with them. I thought someone will visit us and we will go there again soon. And, I was a teenager who did not like to travel with parents and their friends.
I will be turning 40 this year and I finally got to go to Niagara Falls. With my husband and kids and our family friends.
Crossing the border to get to Canadian side!
Right after we checked into Skyline Inn, we headed out to see the falls. There were lots of interesting places to see from Skyline Inn to the falls.
I would love to be on the Niagara SkyWheel if we ever go back to Niagara Falls.
The view of the falls from the busy streets were just spectacular.
I’ve told my kids many many times before the trip how they need to cooperate and pose well for photos. But, they weren’t interested in taking photos. They were eager to finish with the falls tour and go play at arcade and swim at Fallsview Indoor Waterpark.
View from Hornblower Niagara Cruises. I thought we would have to wait a long time to get on the boat, but the wait was very short. But, the boat ride was shorter than I thought.
American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.
I think this is Observation Tower. It’s on the American side.
Table Rock Welcome Centre on Canadian side.
I thought Horseshoe Falls would be much taller. Still amazing!
Our hotel package came with Pink Panther Ride. Kyle refused to go on it as he is afraid of heights. But, I think he enjoyed it. Kids had fun spinning the ride and the view was great!
View from Fallsview Buffet at Sheraton on the Falls balcony.
