Mean Girls
Number of View: 926
My dear daughter will start a new school next month and I’m worried. What if the kids at the school are mean to her just because she is beautifullier (hehe) than them?
Urmmmm… She is not yet 20 MONTHS old and starting a PRESCHOOL. Heehee.

It’s okay little girl. Don’t be scared. It’s okay to be cuter than other kids. Poor thing~! Her hair is falling out from the stress.

Don’t be intimidated by this know-it-all girl. I’m sure she has the dark side, too. You see the dark circles under her eyes?
Coloring: Copic markers.

These girls seem to be fun to be with!

A drama club queen was colored with Koh-i-noor colored pencils.

This hippie girl was colored with Copic markers.

Geez! Is this what girls these days wear to school! What has the world come to!

Hey you there! Wipe off your drool! And STAY AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER!

On second thought, You CUTE~~! Do you care for an older woman? Heehee.
Voulez-vous jouez avec moi?
Do you want to have a playdate with ………………………… ME?
Ce soir~?
*sniff* *sniff* Do I smell a Desperate Housewife here? Hehehe

Coloring: Tombow markers on Canson watercolor paper.

Stitching the preschool style~!
Well, I couldn’t tighten the tension on my sewing machine (It has gone mad just like the owner!) and couldn’t get the clean stitches.

Hand-stitched to create the doll as my sewing machine wasn’t working properly.

Eat the Cake! – HAPPY AnyaVERSARY Blog Hop

This little panda is taking his friends and goodies to celebrate The Greeting Farm‘s anniversary. Let’s see what he has in his wagons…

Colored with Copics.
He is covered with white Fun Flock (Learned this techique from Prairie Paper & Ink blog by Amy R.

Coloring: Copics;
Cupcake frostings: Flower Soft.

Colorful balls and the birds were colored with Koh-I-Noor colored pencils with Gamsol. Money with Copics.
Hmmm… Where is this blue bird flying off to?

Ha! To allure a little-pinkie-birdie-in-love-with-another-blue-birdie with his (stolen) money. Take the money, girl~! It’ll buy you more stamps! Heehee.

Rolled a piece of patterned paper around a wire. Dab Liquid Pearls on top and colored with Smooch to create the light.
Liquid Applique (with a heat tool) was used for the cake frosting. I was wondering why the Liquid Applique had so smooth surface on this project I made a few weeks ago (soap bubbles – it took overnight for it to dry). I wanted it to puff up. Well, I finally read the instruction today to see if I could speed up the drying time, and duh~! I needed a heat tool! I actually wanted a smooth surface (like fondant) for the cake, but didn’t have enough time and patience to wait for it to dry.

Used a blush powder container (diameter: 2″) for the cake.

Stamps: Panda Friends and Wishing Tree by The Greeting Farm (Pink Poison)

UPDATE:
Urmmm… Why isn’t the Panda in his famous black and white suit? Well, I forgot the stamp set was called “Panda Friends” till I was posting it on the blog. And it was around 1am, I was sleep deprived, and didn’t catch it till now, duh~~! Well, think of it this way, he is in a birthday party costume! =)
THANK YOU!!!
Case of the Curious Card IV
Number of View: 332I made two cards for the Greeting Farm’s Case of the Curious Card IV Challenge.
Isn’t she a doll! I don’t like coloring the face. In other words, I don’t know HOW to color the skin, heehee. But, she is still so cute, right? And it matches the background paper, and stands out from the crowded patterned papers. Hehe.
Stamp: TGF “Dahlia”;
Patterned papers: g.c.d. studios “Provence”;

Colored with Prismacolor pencils and ordorless mineral spirits.

The second card was created with the Greeting Farm’s “Cup of Stuff” stamp set. I won this set from the Pink Elephant Challenge last month. Oohoo! Many many many thanks to the GF and the PE!
Patterned papers: ColorBok “Friendly Forest”;
Watercoloring with Memento Inks.

Annika – 3×3 Mini Album
Number of View: 497Isn’t she adorable? Annika is from the Greeting Farm. I got this stamp yesterday and had to play with her. Hehe.
Cardstock, patterned paper: American Crafts;
Hair, face, body: Colored pencils with ordorless mineral spiritz;
Cloths: Stampin’ Up! markers;
A tiny brad on her hair pin.

Happy Easter Anya!
Number of View: 1501I created this egg shaped card for the Greeting Farm‘s “Don’t be a Square” challenge. Easter Anya is a digital stamp, and even with the heat setting, I was having a hard time trying to dry the printer ink. I wanted to use the ordorless mineral spirits to blend the colored pencils, but didn’t want to risk of ink smudging everywhere.
Cardstock: Georgia Pacific 110 lbs. (I will not use this to print the digi stamps again.)
Stamps: the Greeting Farm (Easter Anya Digital Stamp); BasicGrey
Inks: Stampin’ Up! (hmmm… I don’t think it works well for clear stamps); Memento
Fibers: EK Success
Brad: BasicGrey
Jewel: Rhinestones from Michael’s
