This is a Christmas Countdown Gingerbread House Treat Holder Matchbox Ornament. =)
I used Kelleigh‘s Matchbox Template (large) to create the house. The roof is a wrapper from the Matchbox Template.

Box slides out from the side.
Stamps: Gingerbread Man, Bubble-ma-jig, and Date Me from Purple Onion Designs.
Fonts (days till…): TKPekingChickenFingers Font by TKWhimsy.
Digital Papers: always and forever by Michelle Batton (kraft); Flutterbies Dots Paper Packs by Mari Koegelenberg.

Green mint and pointsettia (on the roof) is from K&Company (paper punch out piece). Oopsie, I forgot to add snow on the side, heehee.
Snow Polar White Flower Soft.

Only one day left till Christmas!
Any last words, Gingerbread boy?
Yikes~! Heeheehee. Apparently he doesn’t know his impending fate. He is one happy CUTE Gingerbread boy!
Don’t hate me because I colored you beautifully with Copic markers. I’m sure you will be tasty, too. Heehee.

Oh! Who is in the back of the house?
It’s Willard waiting paitiently with a glass of milk.
Stamps: Willard Sipping Cocoa, Artic Wonderland Sentiment, and Bubble-ma-jig, from Purple Onion Designs.

Willard was colored with Copics then covered with Sparkly Fluff (sugar).
Milk was colored with Signo Gel white pen.
Microbeads on the scarf is from Martha Stewart Craft.

The box is filled with treats.
This project was also created for Paper Crafts Connection November Gallery Challenge: Create Treat Containers.

Kelleigh‘s Matchbox Template is on sale for $2 Tuesday (11-10-2009) on TheDigiChick shop. Her templates are so easy to use especially if you want to use digital papers.

I don’t know about your area, but it’s so gorgeous here. With the rain this weekend, lots of leaves fell down, but still the autumn colors are just exquisite. Breathtaking!
Here I created a board book album cover using Purple Onion Designs Willard Sipping Cocoa, Bare Tree, and a leaf from Doodle Foliage Set stamps. Willard is from Artic Wonderland collection, but doesn’t he fit so well in the autumn scene here? Heehee. I colored him with Copic Markers.
Digital papers are from Mulberry Paper Pack by Danielle Young.
Digi frame and stitch elements are from Cream & Sugar Page Kit by Danielle Young. Printed on Epson Matte Premium Presentation Paper.
Photos were taken last year at a pumpkin outing.
Bare Tree was inked with Ranger Emboss It Pad and put many, many, many layers of Zing! Opaque Embossing Powder (Chestnut)
. I just love the texture. Heehee. Leaves on the ground are Flower Soft (Autumn mix).
Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween. Check out Michele‘s house! Spooky, but amazing!

It doesn’t look that many on the photo, but I made 36 of these for my son, Kyle’s birthday party last Saturday. I used Pazzles die cut machine to cut these. Since Kyle wanted to help and I didn’t have time to do it all by myself, I let him stamp the trains and draw train tracks till he got tired.

This was my initial mock-up. I had to put the train track when I saw the slits on the Wave Box Template.
Stamps: Close to my Heart.

Goodies that I put in the box.

Well, I was planning on creating the birthday favors that look like porta potties and put tissues (wet or dry) inside. Like this outhouse I made a while ago. So, when I saw Kelleigh’s new template, Wave Box, I reversed the flaps and created this. My husband thought it looked like a refrigerator, but it’s a Sani John, heehee. I photographed the real porta potty back in early September when i had this project in mind.

I didn’t get to make this for the party favors though. =(

Here, I used Purple Onion Designs’ Bare Tree stamp to create a Halloween themed box. And I believe the black fence is from Martha Stewart punch. My good friend, Anna punched some and gave to me. Thank you Anna!
Here I used Cabbage Patch digital kit by Dawn Inskip.
Perfect for putting seed packets.
ALL boxes were created using Kelleigh’s new template, Wave Box Template Set. It’s 20% off today and tomorrow!
