I'm still working on it…

pearl polka calendar

My crafting room was so cold to the point I didn’t want to stay in there to craft. Even with two layers of cloths, I was shivering, and my fingers didn’t move, hehe. I could just feel the cold wind coming in from outside, and I was complaining we had cheap windows installed. Duh~~~!!!! Turns out that I did not close the window properly. It had gap. No wonder it was the coldest room in the house, geez. It’s now warm. Heehee.

I used Danielle Young Designs‘ newest digital paper pack, “Pearly Polka“. It is soooo cute and pretty. Comes in 12 colors! I love polka dots and love fake pearls, so this is so perfect!

CD template: Hybrid Magic no. 29: Round CD Calendar by with love by Mushy. White base cd template and the flowers were cut with Pazzles die cut machine. I glued 2 layers of the base cardstocks to make the each sheet of calendar.
Flowers: Chateau Breaux Mini Page Kit by danielle young

Applied All-Purpose Ink (Frost White) to give the flowers pearly look.

Add 3-d foam tapes.

Thank you!

Are you someone who can’t have enough calendars? Cuz that’s how I am!!! :)

very cute! Did you know that in the Philippine culture, if you wear polka dots on New Year’s Eve/ Day, you’ll have good-luck and fortune for the year?

This is so gorgeous! I love all of the dimension and the pretty sparkles! Does Michelle know you are using her templates? I gotta point it out to her. She would be tickled to see what you are creating! BY THE WAY, get my name out of the “Guest Designer” category. Put me under the “Designing For” section. LOL! Silly girl.
