Oh Wreng Gee Flower Mini Album

written by Sunghee

I’m in love with coloring my stamped images with colored pencils. On this card, I used both Prismacolor (grey outline) and Koh-i-nori Woodless colored pencils. I had a hard time blending colors with Koh-i-nori and ordorless mineral spirits. I still like Koh-i-nori, but I’ll use it when I don’t feel like blending the colors together. Finished with a fixative (spray) that I got from Wal-mart.

Finished size: 7 x 4.5
Ink: Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black (The best ink pad for water coloring and colored pencils)
Stamp: Stampin’ Up!

I’ve been enjoying Lizzie Anne stamps lately. I only have one set, but would love to get more. =) I’m happy with the design and the quality. CD was hard to open though, hmmm.

Colored the flower with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and blended with ordorless mineral spirits. And used SU! embossing powder to make it glossy.
Oh, the ant stamp is from Stampendous, I think. So cute.

Thank You Cards for Bailey’s 1st Birthday Guests

written by Sunghee

Okay… I’m a big procrastinator. Bailey’s 1st birthday party was back in urmmm… December, and I finally sent out the thank you cards to most of the guests.

I used lots of pom poms for the party decoration, and I had Topiary pom pom flowers as table center piece, so I was delighted to find this Studio G Christmas stamp from Michael’s for $1.
cip2009-03-03_06

I stamped the image on this pearly/shimmery white paper, and trimmed the triangle part off. I’ll save the tree for the Christmas project.

I got these mini album cards idea from Peppermint Creative blog.

It’s Spring!

written by Sunghee

Finally, it’s here. The first flower bloom in our front yard, yay! Kyle noticed the bud, and I thought it was weed, hehe. Turned out, my husband and Kyle planted this last fall. I took this photo last Thursday, was lazy posting it to the blog, heehee.

Tim Holtz Fragments

written by Sunghee

I love Tim Holtz products.

Cardstock: American Crafts (pink); Papertrey Ink (Kraft);
Stamp: Stampin’ Up! Organic Grace (Hostess set)
Ink: Brilliance Pearlescent Orchid and put clear embossing powder over; Rangers alcohol inks for the background
Ribbon: Stampin’ Up!

cip2009-03-12_05
Used CTMH Liquid Glass to attach the Fragment. I didn’t have patience to wait for it to dry before I took this picture, so the Fragment was sliding down while I was photographing it.
